Acceptance of these terms

Welcome to THRIVV. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Clikk Inc. ("THRIVV," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of THRIVV, available at thrivv.proand through our mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What THRIVV is

THRIVV is a sleep accountability app. You form a tribe of three people, connect a wearable (such as Oura or WHOOP) or log your sleep manually, and work toward hitting nightly sleep targets together. THRIVV awards points and tracks streaks based on whether you and your tribe hit those targets.

THRIVV is designed for personal wellness and motivation. It is not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for professional advice — including but not limited to medical, psychological, therapeutic, or sleep-medicine advice — and should not be used as such.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use THRIVV. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, or if your account has previously been terminated for violations of these Terms.

Your account

To use most features, you need an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@thrivv.pro
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of compromise, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent or fabricated sleep data to inflate scores, climb leaderboards, or deceive your tribe
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any other user, including members of your tribe
• Impersonate any real person without their consent
• Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or replicate the underlying algorithms, scoring logic, or backend services
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use
• Circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or access controls
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to develop a competing product
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written permission

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend access at any time if we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.

Your content

You own what you log.You retain all rights to the sleep entries, tribe names, profile information, and other inputs you create on THRIVV ("Your Content").

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you and — where applicable — for your tribe members. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we need to retain copies for legal compliance or in backups (which are purged on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy).

You represent that Your Content does not violate any law or third-party right, and that you have the necessary permissions for anything you submit.

Sleep data & wearables

THRIVV displays and scores sleep data that is either pulled from third-party wearable providers or logged by you manually. You should understand:

• THRIVV does not measure your sleep itself. We rely on the data your wearable or your manual entry provides
• Wearable readings can be inaccurate. Sleep stages, recovery scores, and even total sleep duration are estimates produced by your device's algorithms — not clinical measurements. Manual logs are even less precise
• THRIVV is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor, or manage any medical condition. If you have concerns about your sleep — including suspected sleep disorders, chronic fatigue, or any symptom — consult a qualified healthcare provider
• Don't rely on THRIVV in crisis situations. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line

By connecting a wearable, you authorize us to access the data your provider makes available to us through their API. At launch, we use only sleep duration and recovery scores to power your THRIVV experience; future releases may use additional data from the authorized scope. We describe what we currently access — and what we may access in future releases — in our Privacy Policy.

Tribes & community conduct

THRIVV is built around tribes of three. By joining or forming a tribe, you accept that:

• Your sleep status (hit or missed) is shared with your tribe each night, as described in the Privacy Policy
• You are responsible for how you communicate with your tribe members in any direct or third-party channels you use alongside THRIVV
• You will not use tribe membership to harass, shame, or pressure another member in a manner inconsistent with the supportive spirit of the product
• You can leave a tribe at any time

Tribe features — including streaks, leaderboards, and shared statuses — are provided as motivational tools. They are not contracts, and we make no guarantee that they will produce any particular health, sleep, or wellness outcome.

Subscriptions & billing

THRIVV is free to download at launch. If and when we introduce paid features ("Premium"), they will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. The terms below will apply to any paid plan.

Auto-renewal

Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer prorated refunds in cases of billing errors or extended service outages.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We'll notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for your subscription, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

Our intellectual property

The THRIVV name, brand, design, code, scoring system, and underlying technology are owned by Clikk Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

Third-party services

THRIVV first launches on and is accessed through EAZO AI. Your use of THRIVV via EAZO AI is also subject to EAZO AI's terms of service.

THRIVV also integrates with other third-party providers, including Oura, WHOOP, Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe. Your use of those services through THRIVV is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and don't endorse them beyond their role in delivering THRIVV.

Termination

By you: You can delete your account at any time from settings or by emailing privacy@thrivv.pro.

By us:We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your account is inactive for an extended period, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable, we'll give you notice and an opportunity to cure.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

Disclaimers

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Clikk Inc. from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

If you are a consumer resident in the EEA, UK, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in this section limits your right to bring proceedings in your local courts under your local law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version with a new effective date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify you via email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
